Refunds
At Brass Ink your happiness as a customer is important to us, so all of our products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we will gladly replace or exchange the item.

Broken Or Damaged Items
If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture to office@brass.ink with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.

Cancellations
Due to our products being made on demand, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of the order can not be approved.
Disclaimer: Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Returns
We do not accept returns, unless it arrives broken or damaged as described above. What we can do is send you a new item, in case an error was made on our end.
When will my order ship?
A tracking number will be provided so you can track your package once the item is processed and shipped. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 5 to 10 days and packages are not insured.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes... Please email us at office@brass.ink to cancel as soon as possible. However, please note that cancellations or any changes on order should be requested within 24hrs after purchase. If it is a personalized item and production has already started on it we cannot cancel the order.

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?
In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at office@brass.ink. We guarantee to send you a replacement, however, since the damage happened while in transit we cannot grant any refund request as it is the courier's responsibility.
